Dubai announces Mall of the World, the largest shopping mall in the world


The mall will have a shopping area of about 2.5 million square meters. The project includes shopping areas like Oxford and Rodayo Drive, as well as the world's largest indoor theme park that can be opened during the winter .
Mall World will have the largest retail space in the world and will connect with more than 100 hotels with 20,000 rooms. All buildings within the project are connected to a modern, environmentally friendly road network with shops and restaurants.
The mall will feature theaters and entertainment and cultural venues such as West End in London and Broadway in New York, a concert hall similar to the Ramblas Walk in Barcelona, and the mall will have huge parking spaces for 50,000 cars .
The Mall of the World project, developed by Dubai Holding, is connected to an integrated city where a visitor can spend a whole week without leaving and without having to use his car, the statement said .
